Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Data Link Properties Dialog Box

Use the Data Link Properties dialog box to specify data source properties.

To display the Data Link Properties dialog box:

  1. Click in the top left corner of the Acumen window.
  2. At the bottom of the drop-down menu, click Deltek Acumen Options.
  3. On the Platforms (Deltek) page, click Manage Data Sources.
    If Acumen knows where the Datasources.dat file is, Acumen displays the Data Sources dialog box. If Acumen cannot find the Datasources.dat file, Acumen displays the File Open dialog box and you must point to an existing file or a location to create a new file.
  4. On the Data Sources dialog box, do one of the following:
    • Click Add. Acumen displays the Data Link Properties dialog box where you can specify your data source details on the different tabs and click OK.
    • Select a data source and click Edit. On the Edit Data Source dialog box, click Data Link Properties.
